- 500g boneless chicken (cut into bite-sized pieces)

- 2 onions (sliced)

- 1 capsicum/bell pepper (sliced)

- 2-3 green chilies (sliced, adjust to taste)

- 3-4 cloves of garlic (minced)

- 1-inch ginger (minced)

- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

- 1 tablespoon chili sauce

- 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup

- 1 tablespoon vinegar

- 1 teaspoon sugar

- 2 tablespoons oil

- Salt to taste

- Chopped coriander leaves for garnistructions:

1. Marinate the chicken with a pinch of salt and a dash of pepper for 15-20 minutes.

2. Heat oil in a pan, add the marinated chicken and sauté until it turns golden brown. Remove and set aside.

3. In the same pan, add a bit more oil if needed. Sauté onions until translucent, then add minced garlic and ginger. Cook for a minute.

4. Add sliced capsicum and green chilies, cook for a few minutes until they are slightly tender yet crunchy.

5. Mix soy sauce, chili sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar, and sugar in a bowl. Pour this mixture into the pan.

6. Add the sautéed chicken back into the pan. Stir well so that the chicken and veggies are coated with the sauce.

7. Cook for a few more minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and the sauce thickens.

8. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
